I think I have it narrowed down to an off-the-wall (ha ha) gamble and a safe backup.

I'm ready to jump into this redesign head-first, but Dave is making me be rational.  Talk about role reversal.  The ONE time I want to be crazy!  Of course, when I say "crazy" I mean only after I've made the scale model.  ; )
